South African based Pharmaceutical distribution company. Purpose of this site is to increase sales by assisting the trade to source products from the approximately 12,000 SKU's strong product catalogue.
We worked with Hot Tomato Design studio, who created all the various design elements of this site. We incorporated the various templates into the CSS that was then attached to the custom developed Ruby on Rails back-end.
The main client requirements for this site were:
1. User Editable as far as possible;
We configured a very user friendly CMS WYSIWYG component that is used to edit all content.
2. The complete Product list with images must be imported as opposed to manually updated;
a menu option for the import of data via a pre-specified csv file was developed.
3. Users must be able to search on a variety of criteria ie. Ingredients, Brand, contra-indications etc. This list must also be completely editable and flexible;
every product is therefore tagged with as many tags as the client deem necessary. These tags can be updated/edited by the user, either manually when editing the content associated to product or simply as a field in the .csv file 
4. The various sections of the site must have its own look & feel;
- we integrated 2 templates with a Flash banner into the CSS
- Front page space to allow for a variety of marketing blocks for preferred supplier messages, these must be editable and must cycle randomly
This site is a good example of BTG Technologies' BackToFront product.
